Having children is a wonderful and exciting experience but, finding the right childcare can be
stressful. At The Secret Garden Day Nursery we know the emotions that both parents and children can go through and therefore
try to make the experience as easy as possible for everyone. Our nursery is
set in a Grade II listed period cottage on Haughton Green and has a rear extension, which was added to the property
in May 2003. Nursery benefits from CCTV in each nursery room and has two cameras covering the large
safe, enclosed garden of both patio area and grass, in excess of 40m/120ft by 20m/60ft.
The main aim at The Secret Garden Day Nursery is to
provide the high quality care and education that we are so passionate about. With the nursery’s homely atmosphere, large outdoor
area and it’s excellent facilities, we can offer the very best in care and education for pre-school children and ensure
that their pre-school days are happy days.

At our unannounced Environmental Health visit in June 2012 we were once again awarded with a score of 5 for excellent
standards of hygiene. Our last Ofsted visit was in June 2010 and we were once again graded 'good'
for every aspect. An excellent grade especially as Ofsted have 'raised the bar'. We are continuing to work
towards the 'outstanding' grade and are continually evaluating our practice to ensure it is up to date
